On September 30th, 2022, we officially launched our community fundraising round on Republic to allow anyone to to be an investor in SuperPhone.
Traditionally, investing in early stage companies has only been limited to the privileged few. Early users of Uber, Airbnb, and Facebook watched from the sidelines as early investors earned a profit from the value created by those users. In SuperPhone’s spirit of inclusivity, we wanted to ensure everyone has access to these opportunities to invest alongside the top early stage investors in the world by joining our Community Round on Republic.
We want to thank all 564 investors who participated in our Community Round. From day one, we have built our company around the belief, “Success Happens at the Speed of Communication.” We believe every business should have the ability to intelligently converse and transact over text - the most direct communication channel.
